Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?
That depends a good deal on where you want to get to, said the Cat.

I don’t much care where – said Alice.
Then it doesn’t matter which way you go, said the Cat.
–so long as I get SOMEWHERE, Alice added.

Oh, you’re sure to do that, said the Cat – if you only walk long enough.

We Need A Plan

Gaining clarity about ourselves and our lives is a vital step on the way to designing a new path forward.  However, we need a better road map to guide us and keep us going in the right direction when we meet obstacles and challenges on our journey.

We start with our desired outcomes and then establish markers in the form of goals, objectives, milestones, and action items to move us forward.

We identify all gaps that must be filled to pursue our goals and objectives, and we continuously organize our resources to take on each action item and next milestone.

We build in regular self-evaluation follow-up sessions to revisit our plan, celebrate our successes, consider what might need modification, and reenergize for the way ahead.
